Ordering and Delivery
Unfortunately we are unable to sell online or send most items in the post at the moment but we are working hard to resolve it. In the meantime please email us with any orders, requests or questions you may have.
Payment
We accept payment by cash or cheque. We are in the process of setting up to take credit/debit card payments via Internet and mobile terminal, watch this space!
Refunds and Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase we can exchange for another within 7 days of purchase unless the item has been damaged or altered in anyway.
Damages and Repairs
If you have previously bought a flower which has unfortunately been damaged please contact us to see if it can be repaired. Our flowers are surprisingly tough despite their delicate appearance so we hope this won’t be an issue for many customers.
